Drive business development initiatives to expand the agency's client base and market presence within specialized sectors.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies, networking, and relationship building.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving strong billings and successful business development.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on delivering results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact through recruitment.
Knowledge or experience in Industrial, Driving, Warehouse, or Onsite staffing sectors is advantageous.
